No availability using Asiamiles

No availability using Asiamiles
I tried booking a flight JFK-HKG-MNL or JFK-HND-MNL for December but with zero availability. Even doing other routes from North America to south east Asia also showed zero award space.
Is someone successful in redeeming a award flight lately using Asiamiles? I wonder if the award space is different when calling up their hotlines.

I have booked several flights on BA TATL no problem 7-10 months out. Award space in general not just with AM is tougher right now and I imagine TPAC is worse especially since CX has nothing like its normal schedule so there are just going to be less options.
