Website search not working
Is anyone else having trouble with the award search function? Results are not appearing...just the continuous spinning circle.

I have been experiencing the same issue searching for flight redemptions. The web site just hangs without returning results. It has been more than 24 hours.

Maybe they're gonna do some changes into their search engine (since Choice/Tailored awards will be defunct).

Managed to get a workaround by searching via AsiaMiles App or website. You can search direct HKG segment first, after that change to your desired itinerary.
