Update: NVM, I saw it here: Club news - WhatsApp enquiry channel - Cathay Pacific. Why do they limit it to members with a +852 number?

It would seem that you need to be from Hong Kong (or have a Hong Kong number) in order to use this.

Had a very frustrating experience. I mis-read what information they needed to verify my identity, and they seem to be unable to accept any changes. They terminate the chat and say that you need to contact them again. But how do you contact them again?
Had to spend 30 minutes on a call instead.
