Cathaypacific.com: can't book ex-WAW ?
I noticed (thanks, Expertflyer) that CX have some attractive long-haul business class fares departing from Warsaw. In some cases, hundreds of pounds cheaper than the same fares from other European cities. However, Cathay's booking site seems to have stopped allowing WAW, and all other Polish airports, as origin cities! Warsaw works as a stopover or destination city but not as the departure point.
Call me suspicious, but could it be that they're deliberately making these fares difficult to book by blocking them in the web booking engine?! I wonder if anyone knows any tricks to get around this? Of course I could go to a travel agent, but I'd prefer to book online.
