Adding middle name to held reservation?
I just held a reservation on Cathay for $10, and I missed that I was supposed to put my middle name under "given names." Is there a way I can add this to the reservation without cancelling and rebooking it?

There's no need to add your middle name. As long as your first and last names are there, you're good to go.
