Hi! My father will be flying CX J MNL-HKG-NRT next month. He has high blood pressure so he's trying to avoid high sodium meals and less to no pork and beef diet. Should I request a low salt meal and hope they serve a chicken meal or should I get Low Fat / Low Cholesterol Meal and hope they wont serve pork/beef and low salt?

I have often chosen the low sodium meals and have always found them to be superior to the menu offering.
I have no need to order these and it is by choice that I do so. I recommend for a much cleaner taste and good presentation.
(also you tend to be served first)

Thank you. I might select this. Do they usually serve chicken or fish for low sodium meals?

Anyone ordered the halal meal lately (on business class in particular)? I can't seem to find much detail on what you might actually get.

Anyone ordered CHML in Business class before? Is it the same as Economy only with different plating?
