CX Pricing Engine Broken?

I have been trying to book CX / KA flights from their website ex-DAC. Regardless of the destination or travel date, the website only shows very pricey options in Economy FLEX (Booking Class M) and Premium Economy FLEX (North American destinations) or Business FLEX (Asian destinations). Economy Supersaver, Economy Save, Premium Economy/Business Save options seem to have disappeared. It is quite difficult to fathom that all flight options in DAC - HKG - XXX is full in the lesser-flexible booking classes in all cabins. Wondering if someone had some insight about what might be going on.

My guess is that CX has done a deal on those routes the same as they have out of HKG to India (and maybe Bangladesh also) which is that the CX site only sells high fares, and all the discount fares must be bought through a single travel agent (GC Nanda). As I see it this is essentially a corrupt deal where GC Nanda bribed the Indian government for CX to get the traffic rights they wanted and in return CX gave them this exclusive deal. Welcome to Asia!
