Menu HKG-MEL First class ?
Does anyone have menu for HKG-MEL First class service. Do they serve caviar on that route and does it have any difference between HKG-Europe service.

I flew HKG to SYD First once...
Supper service is similar to the HKG-Europe... there is the usual caviar and salmon service and the a la carte service. There is also an on demand snack service in F class; but the breakfast service will be simplified to mainly continental offering with a possible egg entree. No Chinese dim sum or second Western Omelette/ sweet entree offering like longer haul flights to the USA and offerings.
The service is pretty identical with other long haul flights but less time to enjoy the superb CX service.
