Hello,
Am flying CX J in and out of KUL.
I seem to remember that flying in to KUL there is a fast-track immigration no matter which airline if you are flying J/F is this still the case?
Also, I remember flying MH out of KUL as a OWE in J and there being fast -track security and immigration -- is this only for MH or can CX customer in J (and OWE) also use the fast-track on flying out of KUL?
Lastly, I think security check is at each gate, is there a separate line for J and/or OWS/OWE or is it all one security line?
Many thanks!

There are three things to note:
1. The inbound Fast Track requires a special paper invitation which should be given out on the arriving plane. If you do not have it then must line up with everyone else. Look for the special carpetted in the centre of the immigration hall.
2. Outbound at immigration there is again a dedicated channel for premium passengers, again look for the carpeted area. Just need to show premium boarding pass.
3. Outbound the main security check is at each gate, and there is a seperate line each for premium and economy passengers, though sometimes this is not strictly enforced.
APEC card is best!
Merry Christmas to everyone!

I have not noticed that it was carpetted, but it is at a different location than the usual immigration. There is a separate entrance in the middle of long immigration hall. In other words, you need to walk maybe 50 meters in the public corridor past the normal entrance to immigration. And yes, you need the paper slip.
I have never seen a premium pax security lane enforced at a gate (i have flown dozens of times recently mostly MH). And the security machines are sometimes used for two adjacent gates. It can be a mess. My take is to arrive quite late at the gate when the line is shorter.
