NBC on Schedule?

NBC on Schedule?
I know that CX was planning to finish installing the NBC by the end of this year. i wonder if SARS and cost-cutting postphone CX's target date? Does anyone know?

If anything it has increased the proportion of NBC planes in service (and some out of service are being retrofitted). I heard somewhere that over 80% of the current rotation is with NBC (but I wasn't paying much attention, sorry).

The number of 74Js and 744s (vs. 74B which is OBC) on CX's website between 1/2003 and today has not changed at all, indicating that conversion to NBC has not occurred so far this year. A conversion schedule posted in this forum by a CX insider (presumably) a few months back purported to show that all but 2, IIRC, of the nineteen 747-400s will have been converted to NBC by midyear 2003. SARS didn't hit hard until March/April so I don't know what held up the conversion earlier this year.
