mpo quality
well, they are still courteous and trying their best.
but i can now understand GB's frustration, they are just not well trained (perhaps blame PCCW?). eg. in the past they wd address you based on the # you keyed in, now they have to ask your name. and they asked a lot of irrelvane questions before getting to the topic...etc.
also, after my repeated complain, they still play that loud song, shouting at your ear whule u r on hold....why can't they replace it with Mozart? i am really tired of that "one dream..." shouting now

Personally, i find their services to be extremely erratic and some of them definitely need some training.
I have to agree that THAT song is starting to drive me nuts and i think, that could be one factor that deters me from calling them. Mozart? It doesnt necessarily have to be Mozart, even Britney Spears or something stupid like that is better than the current one.

that was my proposal...just any random variation, be it britney or jazz.one has got to be tired of that same shouting (even if it is good) after listening passively for over 3 year...

I am not saying that i am a great fan of BS (no insult to the artist), but i feel that at least her songs are varied. I mean each of her song dun repeat like that of MPO's music.
Wait a second! Come to think about it. Most of her songs are like that! Oh dear! I have to think up of something better!

If it is repetition you all complain about then I would suggest the radio be broadcasted whilst on hold. At least you could have a mix of music for all you Britney Spears groupies and some Jazz, rock or whatever. You could also get the news and current affairs.
The only dilemma is what channel would be selected, English Cantonese, Mandarin?
I am a big fan of the BBC, many people are not. Ahhh heck, lets just play Britney.
