Contact for a human at cxleverage?
A friend is presently attempting to register for cxleverage -- but after creating his account online and sending in the fax some days ago, he has yet to hear back from CX with his username and password (necessary to actually log into the site and buy tickets).
That's of course in notable contrast to my own experience with cxleverage -- who processed my application in mere minutes, as I recall.
Oddly, the cxleverage site seems to be utterly lacking in telephone, fax, or email contact information. Anyone have a contact for an actual human being at cxleverage, who can presumably help get this resolved & get an urgent ticket processed quickly?
(To be clear, of course the regular cathaypacific.com and cathay-usa.com sites have contact info. But my friend needs a cxleverage-specific contact, I think, in order to make progress with his cxleverage approval. In a pinch he can always call a main CX line, and that's what I'll advise if no one has a better idea, but a leverage-specific support group would more likely be able to help him efficiently.)

I will forward an Email address to you tomorrow. I was approved for CXLeverage and then rejected in the same day. (Our company is too big...
) So I have contact info for the person who gave me the rejection notice.... I'll send that along.
