Interlining to other OW airlines experience

Could anyone help on my interlining question as follow:

PNR/Ticket A: HKG-LHR on CX, LHR-MAD on BA (With 1hr40mins connecting time)

PNR/Ticket B: MAD-RAK on IB (with 55 mins connecting time within Terminal 4S)

Would my bag be tagged to RAK?

Although one less transit, here's my anecdote earlier this year: I flew CX to MAD on PNR1, transited to Iberia in MAD on PNR2, and didn't have any problems with CX staff interlining. I had a 2.5 hour connection in MAD.

BA flights will use T4 if using A320s instead of T4S unless you are on a B767/772.

It shows 4S on my itinerary.

I am asking because BA doesn't do interlining for different PNRs, however CX would be the one which handles for this journey.

This is a very normal situation for CX. I think their commitment for interlining speaks for itself if they are printing these cards to be given to pax on such itineraries (given to me on a HKG-DUS(CX)-DUS-DME(S7) itinerary on two separate tickets.)
