Problem with website?

I have an award ticket with CX, showing as confirmed. But when I click on the e-ticket link on the website, all I get is a message indicating that I can have my e-ticket emailed to me, but with no way of doing so. Perhaps I'm just doing something wrong. I've tried in both Chrome and Internet Explorer. Any advice on this situation? Thanks.
