CX being cheeky?
I've booked myself a Y+ redemption this Dec on CX520 with 77W metal.
Last month I received an email saying that the plane is changed due to operation purpose and they moving me to J.
At the moment on CX.com the flight is still being sold as 77W but a itinerary I received now say its on A330. Is CX trying

CX520/521 is the NRT rotation with long haul products most of the time. Seems that CX520/521 is now normally operated by 33K/33E, with the occasional 77G/77H...(whereas on like 504 and 450, you will 99% get a short haul configured aircraft...I wrote about this somewhere else) but given that the norm for CX short haul is to subject all routes to substitutions, not surprised that there's been changes here and there. However, I think that CX equipment swaps on regional routes have decreased significantly compared to the past.

I booked a Y+ redemption on CX to Tokyo using BA avios for January. The plane has been changed to 2 class and my seat selection on the CX website shows me in Economy, but my BA booking still shows Premium Economy.
Should I contact CX or BA about this, or just wait for the day to come and see what happens.
Any one else experience this situation before? Based on previous posts I'm assuming I'll get moved to J, but expertflyer shows J C D and I as 0.
