Few Observations
Flew on CX J class recently and few observations I wanted to share:
- New pillow for business class which features larger pillow with green piping and two different textures in beige and white color.
- The inflight menu in business class has signature of new catering manager - asian name. What happened to the previous manager?
As always, CX crew provided excellent service.

thanks for observations.
IIRC, his name was Aaron Claxton, his name was emblazoned on all the menus. I wonder if he resigned or got canned. You either have to be very cheeky or getting blatantly taken advantage of by CX to have your name publicly affiliated with CX's J catering for the past few years. The food just isn't good. Hopefully that will change.

The new pillow is on the smaller side, lacks support and the material traps too much heat. I thought it was great for PEY but not for J, now that I've flown on both with that. The duvet was very comfy tho.

I'm curious. Why would you say that the pillow would be great for PEY but not for J.

The blanket I liked the new one vs. the old one as the old one always struck me as a cheap fabric cover. But for J cabin the new blanket doesn't work as it is too thinned in my opinion. I like the old blanket that seems to have more cotton and provide a nice cover when you're full-flat going to bed.
Also the new pillow seems smaller than the old one (for J), again for PEY it is great, but for J...
Just my two cents.
