My first flight experience with CP
Flew Business cabin from SIN to HKG a few days ago and I wanted to say how impressed I was with the in-flight service and quality of food. The staff were attentive and courteous and made sure that we were well looked after.
I liked the 2-3-2 configuration with forward-facing seats (compared to BA's layout). I had main course of beef, which was wonderful in that for the first time on a flight the meat was succulent and still pink in the middle. BA should take advice on how this was achieved as my HKG - LHR flight last night had a piece of beef that was dry throughout and inedible.
I look forward to flying with CP again.

My first flight experience with CP
Thanks for the post, OP. Welcome to CX & the board!
The regulars on here, yours truly included, do tend to diss CX for its regional offering, and especially for its F&B!
SIN-HKG is considered nasty for other reasons as well- a heavy business traffic route- but no guarantee on hardware (last minute swaps..the 2-3-2 being 'inferior' to what all of us would like to have), a pathetic lounge in SIN (we use the QF lounge when available!).
That said, thanks for the post since we do tend to forget where things are, on an absolute basis, focussing on the 'relatively' (esp SQ for regionals).
Crew, on the other hand, are almost always hand over fist better than competition.
