When you mention once and only once I assume its per account? Not per program?

No but if you try and open an AM account with same name and DOB as existing member asiamiles.com will stop you http://www.hongkongcard.com/forum/fo...p?id=18044&p=8 #76.
Say my name is Chan Tai Man on my HK passport and Chan Tai Man John on my UK passport, would that not be possible since the name/passport/address/email etc is different and only the birthday is the same?
Even if its possible it will only work once assuming you have 2 passports, not many people have 3+ passports with different (combination) name every time

jkuok if you follow the hongkongcard.com post AM is going after duplicate account holders.
Their objective is to obtain multiple redemption lists for sale of awards, to which AM is applying the misuse T&C on. I don't think they'll take a less dim view on someone opening duplicate accounts to obtain two non-earned SLs.

jkuok: If you use one account or another, without any attempt to earn any advantage, AM may simply offer to merge the accounts on discovery of their existence (think it's been said somewhere further down the Hongkongcard thread they will merge)

By the way, looks like ASW removed MP Silver from the list of benefits. And Founders Card makes no sense, given its insane price.

Thanks percysmith, I am not encouraging this but just curious

), but lounge access is not a problem. They usually go to the Plaza Premium lounge anyway when they wait for flights in HKG.
