Manage DL/CX codeshare booking

In November, I'm flying CX 841 JFK-HKG, however, I booked with Delta and after they cancelled their SEA-HKG route, they put me on Cathay Pacific. I'm trying to figure out my ticket class, select seats and find out how much upgrades on this leg would cost. Is there any way I can do this online? I tried Cathay's Manage booking tool on their website and when I entered the DL ticket number, nothing came up. Any help would be much appreciated.

(Btw, the trip was booked during Delta's sale to HKG earlier this year, so it's economy, V on Delta)

You have to call DL and get the CX PNR number.

As far as upgrades, they don't sell upgrades. You need to have Asia Miles and it would only be from EY to PEY.

If you're looking for upgrades, you might want to call DL and see if the can accommodate you on DL metal by doing HKG-NRT and on to JFK.

Thanks for the quick and very helpful reply. They're routing me back on Delta metal, HKG-NRT, JFK, but I was actually excited about not being on an American airline for such a long leg.

Given that CX upgrades aren't a possibility for me, I guess the question I should be asking is how bad is a 16hr flight in CX economy? I see a lot of posts here about First class, and that looks great, but what about the poor sods in the back?
