Cathay Pacific "O" class

I booked an "O" class ticket for Singapore - Bangkok. Is that a refundable ticket as I can't remember if it was a restricted ticket?

Class O is the cheapest, most heavily discounted tickets you can buy. Assuming it is an ex-SIN ticket, it is non-refundable, and I think the rebooking fee is $200 SGD.

O class is. Very heavily discounted fare class. You most definitely will incur a refund fee if the fare is refundable

Thanks! Assuming it's non-refundable would I get the taxes back?

Yes, but it may take a while for them to refund it to you. It is much easier to pay them when compared to getting money from them.
