Booking CX With AA?

Booking CX With AA?
Hello, anyone knows how I can book first/business class of CX using AA miles? I heard it's cheaper than other airline to go to HK from CX departure cities, is that true?
I know that I can use British Airways to see availability but I don't know how much it will be required for miles redemption.
