Change of redemption group fee!?
Just a bit surprised to find that CX will charge usd90 for any change beyond 5 nominees. And the fee even increases to 160 if by phone. Isn't it quite high for this type of service? I will appreciate if there's any tip on adding or changing redemption group? Many thanks!!!

Most airlines charge fees. Either an option of cash or mileage.
They need a way to deter people from selling mileage (since you need to be on the nominee list), so I guess this is one way to do that.
