Preferred seating - AA Plat?
Hi all,
I'm an AA Plat, trying to book an exit-row seat on 888/889 for a YVR-JFK return leg.
Do I understand correctly that this is available as a Sapphire benefit?

sometimes when selecting exit seats on the CX website (via OW status) it will indicate there is going to be a charge, or it will return an 'error' message. Proceed anyway and if you log out and back in the seat will in fact be reserved, and it will hold.
