Is this seat any good or really bad?

It seems to be out on its own.

...are you talking about 77H? It's a lone seat first row to itself in J. No windows but right next to the galley. It's a good seat if you don't care about a window. If you need a window, pick another.

I beg to differ. You don't really get any extra privacy - all the J seats are extremely private anyway. But you are next to the bassinet seats and the galley. I would opt for row 11 on that config. Much quieter, plus I like the exclusivity of the "mini-cabin"
