The CX webby says that the e-BP for IOS is available for Singapore however when I checked in for CX 736 and KA 890 for 17 Nov, it is saying that I should up my BP at the airport. Just wanted to check what does this occurrence mean?

I'm pretty sure it's a common occurrence for the mobile app, try doing it online, it usually works
