Multi-Class booking?
Does CX permits multi-class bookings? (i.e. departure sectors in business, return in economy). If so, is such an itinerary only possible through the reservations office via phone?

Yes you can do this. I have always done these through a travel agent though. I very much doubt there is a way to do this online.

I don't think you can do this online, but you may be able to do it by calling reservation
