Claiming missing miles
I am trying to claim missing miles for my sister. The travel was back in May 2013.
When I enter the ticket and travel details and try to claim mailes, I get a message saying - "We are sorry but we cannot accept your request. Claims for missing miles can only be made for flights that are taken at most 30 days before your date of enrolment."
Is there a work around for this?
Also, the miles required for travel in the asiamiles chart is for one way travel or both ways?

If she was not a member back then, then no you can't credit those miles. You can try begging via a physical letter but your chances are low.
Even if she was a member then, you need to claim miles within 6 months and you have likely passed that date.
