Can anyone tell me what, if anything, is on offer during breakfast hours on the J side of the Wing? I have enjoyed breakfast at the Haven but will traveling J this trip and wondering if there is anything substantial to eat during the morning hours (presumably at the noodle bar) on the J side. Or am I better off just grabbing breakfast elsewhere in the terminal?

yea J Wing has scrambled eggs, sausages, fruit, dim sum and congee, among others. Just an fyi to the OP if I recall correctly the Chinese food and Western food options are positioned in different parts of the lounge (at least, that's how it is for lunch/dinner time when the chicken and western hot options are in a different area than the hot Chinese food). I like that but could see how it might confuse people who would assume the food options are uniform at each station.

think the Wing J is really a good upgrade, CX lounge crowding aside.

Thanks everyone. Most helpful (especially location of the food options).
