I wanted to see if in the fare rules they listed this as applicable what does it mean?

So If I didn't turn up to the flight (ie. not checkin). will they charge me the fee? Or they will levy this when I try to rebook the ticket??

Well, they can't charge you when you're not there..so they will charge that the next time you change your ticket.

If you don't plan on ever using your ticket again... Then you do not have to pay for the no show charge either. But it's always good to cancel cos someone else an take your seat..

No. Cancellations are free. Rebooking is chargeable.
