Flying JAL metal on AA codeshare

Flight is booked in S class which according to the Asiamiles website would earn 50% of the mileage if it's JAL or 100% if on AA.

So if my flight is ticketed under AA codeshare but flown on JAL would I receive 50% or 100% of the mileage? This is for a flight from NRT-BOS so makes quite a difference.

Where do you see fare class S- aa.com or jal.co.jp?

If it's on AA.com then it'll credit like an AA flight.
You could also call AA, ask for the JL PNR and call JAL to see what class AA/S maps to in their system.

It needs to be AA codeshare flight # on your ticket (most likely AA stock ticket) to receive 100% of the mileage.
