Does CX issue their own Eticket number when the flight is issued on AC stock(014)? If so, how can I get the ticket number if i booked it from a travel agent?

I'm guessing your ticket looks something like this
AC 7 K YVR HKG 150P 555P+ 77W
CX 709 M HKG BKK 1010P 1155P 772
or similar

You need to ask your TA what is the CX record locator and only with that will you be able to retrieve your booming on CX website. You will not be able to retrieve it with a 014 ticket number. But if your TA has given you a generic PNR thru their GDS, ie Sabre or Amadeus, then you can view your itinerary through their respective websites.

Depending on the fare purchased. I have about a 90% confidence rate in the following.
Y for AC Y
B for AC B
M for M and under (though in the past I have seen interline with L)
I for Z and above.
If on AC (R) then it's based on the original (S+) fare class purchased.
You should be able to view the AC flight booking class by calling AC.
