Missing Reservation in MBB

I suppose to have 2 future reservations. However now I only see 1 of 2.

The one I saw was the one was missing before. The missing one now is the newly booked by my Travel Agent after they have problem with MBB (which caused my OLCI cancelled).

any one experience same issue?

Did the TA put your MPC Number in?..Logout of MMB, and try searching for your itin with name/PNR..i've had a 'missing' MMB entry in the past when there was a mismatch between my name with MPC and on a TA booking (middle name

Never. However, with a slew of posts recently about OLCI problems, and my personal minor problems with OLCI (always shows up blank on my website if I don't go the menu bar route but uses the direct route), I am wondering if these are syntoms of big problems.

By the way, related to this, I wanted to do a last minute date change with a CX ticket from TPE to HKG, called MPO, and the very helpful agent said something "oh, to do this I would first need to cancel this...", and then she let out a horror sound and told me: "so sorry Mr. X, I accidentally cancelled your whole ticket, I need to get my supervisor, please wait", and then after 10 minutes on hold everything is back to "normal", I remember I was like, "W-T-heck...." anyway, wonder if the system is just messy at the moment.

Yes the TA put it. I saw it before when I had my other reservation (which I booked earlier through CX website for end of May trip) missing.

I think CX has a big problem with the system now.

Update-
Yes, I can find the booking if I do it as a "guest". Well I know the booking is still there because I can still see it on checkmytrip. I called the SIN local office and they told me all the information are in proper order. Nothing is a miss. When I gave her the PNR for this trip, she is able to locate my other reservation using my profile. So the profile is correct.

so not really sure what went wrong.

What do they do recently? Migration of checkin system to Amadeus?

Still can't see my reservation for Monday on MMB. Not sure if I can do OLCI tomorrow morning.

I tried to call eService after few looping saying all the agents are busy the phone got disconnected.

I call the MPC line got picked up by Pinoy agent. Keep telling me that I can use non member route and refuse to pass the call to the supervisor.

Just do the no. Member route and put back the membership number then you are good to go..... No need to complicate yourself.....

If it's there, remove it then add it back, simple as that.

Had numerous experiences with that and solved myself everytime
