Stupid missing miles bug

I upgraded my M-class to PEY for Mar 7th CX883.

As many have experienced in this situation, the mileage between LAX to HKG has not shown up in my transactions (my CX907 already posted) which I think is due to a bug in CX system since the upgraded segment shows up as 0 miles. I kinda anticipated this so on my way out of the Wing lounge, I asked the front desk to ensure that it would be credited. They summarily dismissed my concern (gotta love that HKG Chinese customer service!) saying that its ok since my MPC number is on the boarding pass.

So I try to go online to claim the miles and the online form is not letting me because it things Mar 7, 2013 is beyond the allowable 6 months and 7 days.

What also sucks is the CX883 segment was going to be my re-qualifying mileage for Gold...as it stands, I think will forfeit about 3000 miles since my 711 miles for CX907 got credited first and now I'm short 3576 miles of requalifying.

I flew a sector on 8th March, which was Y upgraded to Y+ using AM, and then op-up to J at airport. Seems to be lost somewhere in the system and I'm in the same boat as you, except it doesn't mess with my requalification.

Call MPC. The online form will reject you.
