I do understand nobody will go to the airport earlier just to let people into the lounge.
In general there doesn't seem to be too much enthusiasm for this initiative...
My excuse: not so loyal to CX anymore. Now on a trip in J using MH and TG bypassing HKG (20% fare difference MH to CX).

The common courtesy of not getting someone's hope up and end up canceling, or the last minute changes that I can't communicate with the person in timely fashion and he ended up waiting for me at the lounge entrance for nothing.

Just give them a call. Everybody will understand. But don't leave them waiting without notifying.

Why would this be an issue? Are we plotting something illegal against CX policy? CX policy clearly states: DM can bring in 2 guests every time, GO can bring in 1 guest every time. Every time means every time. Granted this doesn't happen often, but if a DM wishes to treat two people to go into F lounge with him every time he steps into the F lounge, that's playing by the rules, and CX should honor their own policy.
