Praise for a CX hostess

Surely complaints regarding an air hostess is taken seriously but i'd like to know if CX does anything if we send kind words for a hostess who've really taken care of us during our last trip.

I’ve been told by several senior employees of CX and MPO that compliments (and complaints) about inflight crew and ground staff are put on file and reviewed as part of the annual evaluation process. I have no reason to doubt what I’ve been told so always submit a compliment (or complaint) if warranted.
