OLCI Issues?

Trying to OLCI, getting a "We apologize that we are unable to locate any of your flights.. " message, and a "We are still unable to locate a reservation.."when i input the e-ticket number etc.

Anyone else having issues?

For both myself and wife (GO), on different tickets for the same flight. The flight seemed to have been rather heavily booked and we're in coach, hence the keen-ness to get a low BN (J5C3D0I0, Y3B2 all other classes zero till 2 days back, and everything 0, except Y3B2 since yesterday)

There can be a delay of up to 2 mins around T-48. This has happened to me before. just try again. I assume you have managed to check-in by now?

Have had that 1-2min delay in the past - this was much more than that, a couple of hours at least. Just called the MPC to check if everything was in order with the tickets - "Yes Sir - Everything is fine, just that the airport is making some changes to the flight information and should be done within an hour or so - sincere apologies".

And it was working a bit later...lets see how a BN11 DM and BN12 GO do
(and in my experience thats a relatively low BN for checking in a few hours late for this flight).

The low number shows it's everyone's problem and not just yours. If the flight is full, both of you should be op-up together (assuming no higher ranking DMs ahead of you and multiple seats in higher cabins to spare.)

Apologies for the delay in reporting back.

No OpUp for either of us at check-in. I checked the cx website from the lounge a bit later (around T-35 mins-ish) and my seat assignment had actually changed to biz, while wifey stayed in her eco seat (she's GO and it was a separate ticket). Got almost all the brownie points for 'you travel biz while i slum it out in the back of the bus', only to see the scanner not go red when my bp was scanned. Oh well - upgraded, then downgraded again.

Interestingly, the plane seemed full but for the three blokes who never showed up, delaying the flight by a bit while their bags were offloaded and the biz seat that had been assigned to me, seemed to be occupied - wonder what happened there (well - could've just been someone swapping seats).

Sitting at the Pier for my return now - and MMB points to another upgraded, then downgraded situation on the return. Oh well well - i paid for V class in any case.

But wait, why is my exit row aisle changed! Almost wish that i was actually someone big to be able to pull off a DYKWIA.

Allright - 'twas a false alarm. Was given the same biz seat at the gate, that the website had been showing earlier in the day.

Wonder why the website had been showing a different one just before boarding..

Oh, and in the excitement, I forgot my jacket in the Pier. Realized about 10mins before pushback with almost all passengers boarded - they tried but couldnt find it quickly enough. It was found later though - will get it back in a few days' time.

We were flying back on different flights/dates. Both got upgrades on what had looked to be fairly booked out flights (had had to use our seat guarantees). GO/BN1 and DM/BN89.

Oh and my jacket arrived today.

When I see I am UGed, I always ask the lounge staff to print me a new BP (providing that the lounge is operated by CX).
