Email to CX - response ?

It's been 14 days and not a word. Any thoughts on a re-send ? I nkow the web site says 20 days - seems quite long.

This was for a CS failure.

If you really want a response, try some other internal avenues.

CSD sucks in response.

I'm very unfamiliar with CX. Any ideas where to write other than the customer relations fax # ?

Thanks. I faxed them and will wait a week before mailing anything. Wasn't a good experience on a miles ticket so I'm a little dissapointed...

Last year I wrote a letter to MPC and sent it by regular post. I got a reply by email (proper reply, not some canned template) within around 3 weeks.

The reply was unfortunately not what I was hoping for, but it was clear that they had digested what I said and passed on my feedback. I couldn't really ask for anything more.

Yes. I'm not fishing for miles. Just passing on a hygiene related comment and noting no moving map - a significant negative for not everyone but it was for this aviator.

Since this year I found that the easiet way to ensure quick (1~2 weeks) and proper response is by writing the comment form on board. Of course, that's if you have the oppertunity. MPO has failed to respond any of my email this year.
