Online Booking Issues
Anyone had any problems in the last few days - I have tried to book 3 different sets of flights on 8 occasions online and every time it has just frozen on the page when I have entered CC details and clicked "purchase" - it's worked faultlessly for the last couple of years for me.
I haven't noted other threads suggesting similar problems (other than on manage my booking)?

made 3 bookings in the last 48 hours, it froze once at the credit card stage, called e-service centre, problem solved.
just make sure you copy down that long reference number (starting with an "R" i think).

Yes thanks called the e-service centre to complete all the bookings so that's fine. Where is the long reference number please? Not sure I got that far in the sequence and couldn't even scroll around the page.
When I asked why there were problems, they suggested there had been a few gremlins and I should try using a different computer which seems odd but I will try it next time.
