Since the system upgrade I am no longer getting the emails.
I mentioned this at the HKIA First class check in and the CX staff said that this was being phased back in and it was taking some time to convert all Diamond card holders.
I have to say that the explaination doesnt seem a valid one. Surely this should be a straight cut over?
Is anyone else having the same problem?
Is anyone receiving the emails?
