This just does not stop!

I am now trying to assign a seat on my HKG-SFO flight which is on a 747.

There are plenty of seats available to assign, including my desired 3A and it allows me to select the seat, but when I press the "Update" button, I then get a message telling me of an internal system error and I need to log out and close the browser and do it again. Of which does not work... Another phone call I am going to have to make...

I heard they shuffle passengers around on these flights as per the flight attendant's preference. Did you ask him/her to take your coat? That's a big no-no pal good luck next time.
