Error on MMB After Change Over to new system?

Anyone else get an error that says you have not issued a ticket for this booking? Says ticket will be cancelled unless it is issued?

Ticket was a reward booking with BA miles. Funny, out of 10 issued tickets, 5 have this warning but 5 do not.

I think currently there are some significant problems with Manage My Booking. If you have concerns, it will be best to call. Most times when I try to even log on to MMB it says error.

been on hold for 30 minutes...i have the BA tix numbers that I suspect will be requried since the tickets have issued on BA stock. the locator is now the same as BA's so that is easy. will revert once i know what the issue is although if they do not answer in the next 15 minutes, I will have to try again later.

seems to be a technical glitch since all BA ticket numbers on those 5 tickets that show the error are all loaded in the system.

they will try to see if they can fix the message...said to give it a few days but noted everything should be fine with the ticket numbers as they have issued...I will keep monitoring over the next few days.

Wow same problem

I was coming here to post the exact same thing, my flight on CX on MMB says the same message about it not being ticketed (this was booked as award travel through BA). I have 2 others reservations with BA award tickets on CX that are fine. I do hope that there is not a problem as it says to call Asia Miles and when I do all I get is a busy signal. CX might be a 5 star airline in the air, but their customer support rates as 1 star.

CX internal system error!?!?!?

Hey guys,

Cant even check the status of my waitlist in manage my booking! Anyone else getting this error:

We're sorry, due to an internal system error, we are unable to process this request. Please close the current browser and log in again.
Believe me, I have logged in and out and on two accounts and two separate devices, and still the same error. I need to know when my flight is and calling them is just pointless since all I get is the busy tone.

Help?

Thanks.
