OLCI for redemption upgrade?

OLCI for redemption upgrade?
Is there no OLCI for redemption upgrade from Y to J or is the system just down?

Can confirm it was a system error that did not allow for OLCI - thanks.

Redemption UG is OLCI-able.

Seems like as long as you're on the flight you can do OLCI. I've done OLCI for my relatives that I've used AA miles to get them flying J on CX.

If there is a TKT change fee that needs to be paid at the airport, you cannot OLCI.

Plus sometime when the agent change the ticket, the ticket reference to the booking may losted. In that case OLCI won't be available (happened o me couple times)
