Seat Map Issues

Seat Map Issues
I've been having seat map issues, not being able to see the seat map for my flight since T-21 (which was 16 hours ago). Any idea why? It's not available on a dummy booking nor in my account.

This often happens for flights within T-48, if you wish to see the seat map you need to go to the check in and proceed as if you would change your seat. I guess seat maps are no longer shown through manage my booking and dummy booking because the seat maps are constantly changing as people choose different seats.

yyz-hkg. i thought equipment change, but SPOTTERS shows that it should be kpo flying into yyz (since 827 is the turnaround flight of 828)... so i'm not entirely sure if that's the case. will report if anything out of the ordinary occurred when i arrive in hkg.
Update: You were all right. It's an equipment swap to a 77D. I'm cursing myself now for forgetting to charge my camera the night before.
