Inconsistent between KVS and Expertflyer

Inconsistent between KVS and Expertflyer

I find that there are quite a lot of inconsistency between KVS Mobile Companion and ExpertFlyer.com. Anyone knows which system is much truly present the inventory CX does have?

Say Jul 2 CX 885

Hi andy1022, this is a POS issue. The results are consistent if you compare the proper POS:

If you compare the "Mobile Companion" results vs KVS's "Sabre GTC" results you'll find the same differences.

So, do you know which one is more likely accurate if I issue my ticket in HKG? Thanks.

If you go to the HKG Cathaypacific.com site and try to price out the ticket, it shows an L fare for the flight, which would indicate the UK POS is the more accurate POS.

I am also seeing discrepancies between EF and the CX website. Supposedly I am seeing no inventory on EF but am able to find (multiple) tickets in H and R fare class on CX website. EF seach results are below...

I've been seeing consistencies too. Both EF and KVS show no lower class inventory yet I can book a number of fare classes on the CX site (and by calling them).

Same happens to me. CX must have a HK POS availability that is quite different from UK and US availability.
