Question Cx784/524 dps-nrt

Good evening all

I have a couple of questions for you CX regulars.

I am looking at a one way flight DPS to NRT on CX 784/524 on 2nd September 2011 which looks like a perfect fit for my booked LX 161 leaving NRT-ZRH on the 3rd September.

Q1 - On the CX website the pricing for this one way journey in Business is USD 1,309. I do not need flexibility as the LX flight is fixed/non-Cancellable. Can I get this cheaper or is that it?

Q2 - The CX 524 is showing as a 330, which I assume means regional business class. For a flight arriving in NRT at 06.00 (overnight) is that right? My limited experience of CX regional is that these are not seats for sleeping in.

Q3 - Would CX in DPS interline with LX? I don't mind going landside at NRT as it's a c4 hour layover to get the bags and re-check in (I assume that with a UK passport this won't be an issue) but if I can avoid it that would be great.

Grateful for any advice.

Q1 - that sounds pretty cheap as it is. Surprised it's not more.

Q2. Looks regional. bummer. They are not great seats for sleeping.

Becuase of low demand to Japan, CX524 is canceled until 31st May.
So, if this low demand continues, there is a chance of cancelation of CX524 at September.

Bye the way, landing at NRT before 600am is prohibited.
So, actual departing time of CX524 is fluctuated by weather condition etc.
In my last CX524, it departed around 200am. After gate closed, we had to waited for almost one hour.
