Hi Guys,

Also should I consider MH for this route or am I better off with CX?

CX actually charges 25% now for an infant ticket.

Separate, but related question:

I booked an award via AA, but am flying CX. I have an infant ticket attached to my itinerary, and my wife is assigned seats w/ bassinets. Do I need to call ahead and reserve a bassinet, or will we be able to get one once we're at the gate?

I think you should buy a ticket for your kid. Be aware that you don't book your seat in the MH Child-Free cabin

You should call CX to reserve one ahead of time.

I think that's only for F & J. Doesn't Y remain at 10% of full fare economy?
