Calling eservice

Calling eservice
I made an award ticket booking but due to schedule problem have to cancel. I did cancel it at cx.com but now an email telling i have to call eservice to really cancel it. Now i cant connect to eservice or havent received a reply when i emailled them. Its 50k miles will be lost if they cant recredit it.

I thought they can't be cancelled to refund miles; they can only be rescheduled.

Yes you van cancel itwith a fee but the problem now is after making the cancellation online a notification e mail was sent that i have to call eservice for proper cancellation. Problem is too much effort just to call them. Im gonna lost that miles.

Keep waiting. I was on hold for 25 mins the last time I called. Even if the waiting music gets cut off, just keep holding.
If it's an international call for you, get a skype account, fund it, and call using that. When I called the last time it was 1.6p/minute if I'm not mistaken.
