Noticible difference in calling MPC as DM

These are minor but very noticeable. But of course nothing to cry over about. This is consistent in my numerous calls to MPC ever since I made DM (very busy year both personally and on business. So I made DM just in time.)

1) Calls literally get pick up right away without any delays whatsoever. As GO frequently I had to wait a few seconds (which is very impressive already in my opinion)

2) At pick-up the agent always said: "Sorry to keep you waiting Mr. X, how may I help you...." They never "apologize" to me at pick-up as GO or lesser. And of course the irony is I didn't wait at all.

3) At end of call after they asked "anything else I can help you with" and I replied "no" instead of "thank you for calling MPC today, bye bye" they always end up saying "it is my pleasure serving you today."

Not sure if these are just individual agents taking initiatives or MPC follows a different script when DM called, but these have been my noticeable differences (so far) as a DM calling MPC.

I'm flying in less than a week. So expect an update soon...

Sorry if this seems "business as usual" for veteran DMs, but this is my first time....

Recognized this as well. On top of that it seems that more can be arranged on the spot as a DM, as a GO I would sometimes get a "sorry can't do" answer, which meant calling again until an agent found a way to solve things, now it's almost 100% success rate.

I think MPC call service is very good, even as a Silver I only waited a few seconds before an assitance picked up when I called the otherday, there was no waiting time.
