How does CX Seating Work?
So I tried to reserve my seats online on the CX manage booking website and they barley had any seats left, except on the very end of the 777-300ER near the toilets. So I thought that all the other seats are taken. Then during a airfare website I saw that my flight had a lot of available seats left.
So what is up with that?
Should I cancel the seats I reserved near the bathroom?, all I really want is a window seat
Also I am traveling with a few others and one person is handicapped, will there be free priority seating for that individual?
So what is up with that?

CX does block off a lot of seats (particularly in the front cabin) for members (silver and above) to select. so if you arent a silver/above member, try calling them up or just wait till 48hrs before departure when OLCI starts to reserve a seat towards the front
but since there's a handicapped person in your booking, i'm sure if you phone CX, they'll organise something for you free of charge

In regards to main cabin, I think CathayBoy has a more accurate statement, as from my experience, CX blocked seats in the middle of the plane. Not Front, not Back.

On an upcoming flight on a 777, I am waiting to hear if they will give me two aisle seats in the bulkhead. For some reason the middle seat is blocked. Does anyone know why a middle seat of 3 in the bulkhead is blocked, with no one sitting on either side? Seems a bit strange, IMHO!
Also, is there adequate legroom at the VERY DESIRED bulkhead?
