There will be a basket full of snacks in the galley. No need to ask the cabin crew. Just get out of your seat and grab a few snacks. This is always consistent across all of CX's long flights. If you will be travelling in J, there will be refreshment options in the menu like soups, sandwhiches which IMO, you will truly love.
